By configuring the Workflow-Approvals application module various rules for business activities are defined: transaction order execution, roles of individual operators entering and updating data as well as the roles of the operators that are authorized to approve decisions of lower level operators and to approve execution of certain transactions.

Ocean Workflow is a basis of Document management application and it is integrated with financial applications, with production managment package as well as with other applications.
