DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & ARCHIVING

These Ocean Applications follow documents form emergence/reception, through departments, to final settling and archiving. Data on documents being processed or on documents processed and closed earlier are available in any moment.

Applications improve quality of service to external subjects as information on each document is available at any moment – there are no “lost” documents, and all delays are identified. The application improves productivity by providing review of all tasks, work and overload of each department, executive and each official.

It operates either as a standalone system or as a part of the Integrated Information System.

Archiving: indexing, scanning – conversion into suitable electronic form
Transfer of index attributes (date of a document, type, classification, assortment, name, etc.) from the Document Management to Archiving
Memory space manipulation for Archive
Presenting of electronic copies of archived documents with no need for physical distribution
Printing of a document and endorsement on request of third parties, with no need for original print Archive.
