Ocean Account Payables is a part of Ocean Financial Application Package (OFAP) and covers all functions of liability related payments, both for the invoiced and for the planned liabilities.
Ocean Payables ensures all necessary financial information on liabilities and enables that the payments are performed timely. Based on the information from this module it is easier to make right decisions whereby the productivity of the staff improves.
Ocean Payables is closely related to OFAP modules: Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Purchase Orders - (financials) and is usually impelemnted as a part of the OFAP; however, it can be implemented as a stand-alone system.
